Lottery Mint NFT

The feature applies for Tier staking which is done through a random-selection system based on the number of tickets available for each Tier. The special treatment also applies to Neptunus-Tier where participants have the fixed chance to mint NFT from specific projects.

For example, Jupiter-Tier has 3 lottery tickets with 100 people. Aside from total owners, there will be only 3 winners which will be able to mint the NFT. The winner will be disqualified if he does not claim the reward under specific time.
