IDO Tier

By using the new stable Tier-system, there will be only 1 round phase for each project that holds their IDO in WAYS Launchapp. The total allocation for each Tier is equivalent to the value of the total allocation from the joined project and calculated based on the level of each Tier.

Only the projects that have a certain quality that can join IDO Tier since WAYS seek to provide the best and most qualified project compared to common IDOs.
